Broome Tea Towel

Inspired by the warm, earthy beauty of Broome, this tea towel features a collection of iconic landscapes and elements the region is famous for—from red pindan cliffs to turquoise tides, camel-dotted beaches, and the magical Staircase to the Moon. I created this artwork after spending five unforgettable months soaking up Broome’s colours, rhythms, and light—time that still fills me with inspiration. And yes, after a while, we too found ourselves happily running on Broome time.

WHAT IS COTTON FLOUR SACK? 

Cotton flour sack tea towels are modelled after the thin woven cotton sack from the 1800’s that were used to hold grain and flour. These tea towels are super soft and have fantastic water absorbent capabilities. Being pure cotton they are not only biodegradable but also environmentally friendly. 

All tea towel designs are based on my original watercolour paintings or digital drawings.
